So Why Did You Decide To Join Allison James Estates and Homes?
I found that I had amassed a clientele that would follow me anywhere. I worked for traditional brokerage firms before, and sometimes felt that I was getting “lost in the team.” I don’t feel that way with Allison James. I can strategically build my business my own way. For example, I am strategically placing people in places and areas that I want to focus on. I couldn’t do that before. I knew that Allison James was a leader in the new real estate business model, and I knew that the brick and mortar/big box real estate companies are coming to an end. With Allison James, I have a great organization behind me, and still I can hold on to my individuality.
What Do You Love Most About Allison James Estates and Homes?
I really like their organization and support. We have regular webinar sessions that are really on-point with what’s happening in our industry.
