There is something very special about people with natural talents. For example, beautiful music just seemed to drip from Claude Debussy’s pen, Vincent Van Gogh painted heart-wrenching masterpieces without any instruction, and Olympic gold medal gymnast Simone Biles danced, flipped and catapulted in the air with such a lack of inhibition, you would think she was a butterfly. At Allison James Estates and Homes, we too have our share of pure, natural real estate artists who represent their clients with precision and focus. One of these special “naturals” is Christopher Nelson, who represents the greater Philadelphia area.
Christopher started his real estate career directly out of high school, working as an assistant for one of Philadelphia’s most prestigious brokerage firms. As a young real estate protégé, Christopher’s natural talent for connecting with people and being able to absorb both the processes and nuances of residential real estate were obvious. Before long, Christopher became a licensed agent, and the catalyst behind a new, powerful real estate team that included broker Dan McIntosh, Jr. and fellow agent Ron Minges. Together the three hunted down leads, consummated difficult transactions, and bent over backwards to help their clients achieve their objectives, no matter what time, no matter what challenge, no matter what expertise was needed. The team’s achievements were so visible, that Philadelphia Magazine named Chris and his partners “Five Star Professionals” for their exceptional business practices.
Chris also possesses vast knowledge of the foreclosure/REO industry, and is a trained Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), regularly assisting homeowners who want to avoid potential foreclosure.
“We’ve all been together from the beginning and together we have knowledge of just about every aspect of real estate. We have more than 70 years of combined experience,” explained Christopher.
So Why Did You Decide To Join Allison James Estates and Homes?
It was kind of a strange situation, but I was in Florida for a real estate seminar when someone came up to me and introduced me to Allison James Estates and Homes. I investigated the company, and immediately felt it would be a great fit for our team. I took the idea back to Philadelphia, and presented it to Dan and Ron. They also saw the potential for doing something on our own. It’s been a great fit!
What Do You Love Most About Allison James Estates and Homes?
The thing that really impressed me about Allison James Estates and Homes is the team element. I mean the camaraderie throughout the company is amazing.
