Allison James & Homes continues to grow by leaps and bounds, attracting some of the nation’s most dynamic and impressive real estate professionals in the nation who love our 100 percent commission model, along with our tools, technology and training! Our team now includes nearly 1,500 brokers and agents working together from coast-to-coast, making Allison James Estates & Homes one of the fastest growing residential brokerage firms in the nation! One of our newest arrivals is Grover Naslund, a seasoned real estate broker who now represents Allison James throughout the State of Washington.

Grover is not only an experienced real estate professional of more than 21 years, he is also a member of one of Seattle’s original families who came to Bellevue area in 1910. While some may think that may be big advantage for developing a real estate career, Grover explained it never has really helped much.

“The truth is having a family lineage doesn’t really help me out much. These days the area is so diverse with people coming here from all over the world. They really don’t seem to care much about my family history,” said Grover.

So instead of using the past to build his business, Grover has always turned toward the future when developing his real estate business, including being an early, early adopter of technology.

“I have always been very big on technology. In fact, I built my own computer before most people had even heard of a computer. I have also been paperless for many, many years,” said Grover.

However, technology is not the only thing that makes Grover such a successful real estate professional. He also has mastered the gift of customer service, and continually focuses keeping this dying art alive.

“The real truth is that I am really big on customer service which is really what real estate is. There is not much selling in real estate. There are sheets with numbers and the process is pretty straightforward. But the real skill of the real estate professional is to provide customer service. It is returning phone calls, keeping clients updated on the process, and even driving anywhere in order to make the transaction more convenient,” said Grover.

Welcome aboard, Grover! We are so happy to include you in the Allison James Estates & Homes family!

So Why Did You Decide To Join Allison James Estates and Homes?

Well I was selling bank owned real estate owned (REO) properties, when I received a call from Matthew Crumbaugh, the CEO of Allison James. I spoke with Matt for a while, and I was very impressed. I could clearly see they were not just trying to fill a seat. They were looking for a skilled broker who could really make a difference in running the brokerage business in Washington. After I did some research on the company, I knew I was the right person.

What Do You Love Most About Allison James Estates and Homes?

I really love the entire Allison James model. But what I really like is the support of all the people throughout the organization. There is an openness that is very rare in real estate, in my experience. Any time I speak with someone, it is like talking to an old friend.
