Traci Hansen has been in the real estate industry, proudly helping the American Dream come true in the San Diego and Riverside counties, since 2000. As a SoCal native, Traci enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her daughters, son-in-laws and three grandchildren. Real Estate has been the perfect avenue for allowing quality family time as a parent raising three girls.
Her real estate career has earned her the “Train the Trainer” recognition as well has being awarded the “Beyond Excellence Award” and Top Gun Agent certificate for a large national franchise. Traci served on the NSDCAR Board of Directors from 2009-2013.
Traci put her real estate career on hold in 2009 following life changing obstacles and the deteriorating market conditions. She found herself staying in the industry, but in a different capacity as an escrow sales representative. She has been helping other Realtors with their events and open houses, as well as helping friends and family with all of their real estate needs.
It is with great pride that Traci has accepted the corporate position at ALLISON JAMES ESTATES & HOMES as their National Agent Relations Specialist. It was an easy decision for her to make, she has had her license hanging there since 2014 and firmly believes in the mission statement behind the fast growing, family-owned & operated corporation. What drew Traci to AJI in the first place was the 100% commission split, no franchise fees, and the friends that already worked for the company!
