Postcard marketing is an effective way to market your listings as well as brand yourself as an agent. At Allison James we have a couple different sites you can use to create your postcards. I am going to outline a few bullet points for you about each tool we offer so you can then choose which one would be most beneficial for you to use. - When you create a property website, the system will allow you to buy postcards (Just Listed, Just Sold, Open House)
- Full color, standard size
- 15 different layouts to choose from
- Property address and information automatically populate onto your postcard
- Automatically displays a text code for your property, making it easy for potential buyers to get more information
- 100 cards for $40 OR 200 cards for $60
- Cards will be shipped to your home and you will be responsible for sending and/or handing them out as Agent Marketing does not have a direct mailing feature

How Do I Upload my Picture into AgentMarketing.com
To manage what picture and logo are shown on your Property Websites, Virtual Tours and all marketing in the system, upload what you would like from the Setup tab. For your picture you should ideally upload a .jpg image and the system will resize the picture for you. For your logo, uploading a .gif is best. To upload your picture and logo:- Click on the Picture & Logo tab

to find the file on your computer for your picture

How to Document All Conversations into SkySlope
If real estate has three words–location, location, location–then building your file has three words, document, document, document. You must document everything about your file in a way that is understandable to anyone who looks at it. All documentation must be done within SkySlope. How to Document Emails and Conversation Logs - Copy all emails for a transaction to the SkySlope address for that transaction.(a) Best practice: Give the SkySlope email address to all contacts for the transaction: lender, other agent(s), Title/Escrow, anyone who communicates to you. (b) All emails not copied to the SkySlope address for a transaction must forwarded to the SkySlope address. (c) Here is a guide to using the email features of SkySlope: If you have further questions, contact SkySlope support.
- Conversation Log – Two Options(a) Enter all conversation log items into the log section of SkySlope. (b)If you use a handwritten conversation log, scan it to a PDF and ask SkySlope to add a folder in the transaction called Conversation Log. Upload to that folder.
- SkySlope Remove Document
Once a document has been uploaded into SkySlope, due to compliance you are unable to delete it. If you have uploaded an incorrect document into the checklist, please make a note in the comments box to notify your Broker to reject the document so you are able to upload the correct one in its place.
- SkySlope Compliance
All files must be uploaded into SkySlope within 48 hours of receipt to stay in compliance.We receive several calls and emails per day regarding listings which are not in the system, this makes it difficult to determine who the listing agent is. This is why it is very important to get all of the information in the system, so we can easily assign the lead over to you once it comes in.

SkySlope Task Tab
The SkySlope support team is continuously working to make the system easier for Agents to use. They have added a new ‘Task’ tab each property file. Commission Checks
Any commission checks which are made payable to Allison James Estates and Homes and mailed to the Corporate Office for deposit will now be uploaded into the SkySlope property file checklist with the received date. This will help to clarify when the check has been received, and deposited into our commission account. If you are unsure whether we have received a specific check, please look in SkySlope to see if the check has been uploaded into the ‘Commission/ Transaction Fee Check’ area on the checklist.
