•  Time is always of the essence, respond to calls, texts & emails as quickly as possible. Don’t let days go by without checking in on your transaction(s).
• Forward all emails and communications to your transaction Skyslope email. Remember the 48 Hour Rule for uploading documents in SkySlope.
• All advertising must be sent to advertisingreview@ajicorporate.com for approval by your Broker and the Corporate office.

There are 22 boards of Realtors in Florida that you can choose from. Please see the instructions for the three main boards listed below.
If you live in Miami-Dade County, the most applicable board is Miami AOR
If you live in Charlotte County, the most applicable board is Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Association of Realtors
If you live in Sarasota or Manatee County, the most applicable board is Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM)

You will need to join the Board of Realtors within 21 days of hanging your license with us. Please see the list below of Local Associations which we are members of, and instructions on how to join or transfer your membership under our Office.
