HOW TO JOIN YOUR LOCAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® |
San Antonio Board of REALTORS®
If you live in San Antonio or the surrounding area, the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) is the most applicable board of Realtors for you to join.
You will need to join the Board of Realtors within 21 days of hanging your license with us.
When you join the local board of Realtors, you will also be joining:
National Association of Realtors
Texas Association of Realtors
Local Association of Realtors (SABOR)
The local MLS service provide for San Antonio is SABOR-MLS and you will have access to this through via your membership with SABOR.
The board of Realtors provides many benefits with your membership, including access to legal forms and contracts, local training events, Key Card Access for showing homes, MLS training, and much more.

HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR LICENSE |
Please see the step by step instructions below on how to transfer your license to our firm.
1) Please call your broker, Joe Rodriguez, to provide the information he will need to transfer your license.
2) After speaking with Joe, he will assist you with transferring your license via the TREC online portal. You will receive an email from TREC directly shortly after Joe initiates this transfer request.
3) You will need to log-in via the link provided in the email from TREC, fill out your information, and pay the TREC transfer fee.
4) After your license has been activated with our firm, please contact Joe directly to sign your board of Realtors/MLS transfer or membership forms.
If you prefer to do the transfer process by hard copy forms instead of online, please let your broker Joe Rodriguez know. You will need either an SF-1 or SF-3, depending on your current license status. Joe will be able to assist you with this. We prefer the online route, as it’s much more expedient and efficient.
