After many years in the real estate industry as an agent with some of the Top Brokerages in the country, I was introduced Allison James Estates & Homes in 2011. I had been approached many times by other brokerages and always thought the cost would exceed the benefits, and only take away from my business. One day, after crunching some numbers, I realized that I paid the last company $34,000 for the previous year to do absolutely nothing. Then I heard about Allison James. The 100% commission concept was explained, made absolute sense, and that alone sold me! As a very independent agent with a great referral database and no need for a physical office, the 100% commission concept was all I needed to know.

I found that I had amassed a clientele that would follow me anywhere. I worked for traditional brokerage firms before, and sometimes felt that I was getting, "lost in the team." I don’t feel that way with Allison James. I can strategically build my business my own way. For example, I am strategically placing people in places and areas that I want to focus on. I couldn’t do that before. I knew that Allison James was a leader in the new real estate business model, and I knew that the brick and mortar/big box real estate companies were coming to an end.

Sometimes I believe things happen for a reason. That’s what happened with Allison James Estates and Homes and me. I was working for another well-established brokerage firm and I realized it was time to move on. That same day, somebody from Allison James contacted me and I just loved them! It was an easy decision for me to make. Now I have so much autonomy

It was kind of a strange situation, but I was in Florida for a real estate seminar when someone came up to me and introduced me to Allison James Estates and Homes. I investigated the company, and immediately felt it would be a great fit for our team. I took the idea back to Philadelphia, and presented it to Dan and Ron. They also saw the potential for doing something on our own. It’s been a great fit!
