Kelly Gebler
At Allison James Estates and Homes, we like to recognize agents who have had a high level of success in their careers. This month, we would like to congratulate Portland-based agent Kelly Gebler, who was recently featured in REAL Producers Portland Magazine’s list of 150 top producing agents in the Portland/Metro area. The magazine, which tracks the top producing agents during the 2018 year, ranked Gebler 75th on the list.
Gebler, who will be celebrating her 20th year as an agent in the Portland area this July, was not expecting to see her name featured in the magazine as she flipped through. “I was shocked when I looked at it and saw that not only am I on it, I was ranked 75th,” Gebler said.
She initially joined Allison James to help spearhead their REO inventory in the Portland area, which turned out to very lucrative partnership, according to Gebler. Along with that, Gebler has been involved with various banks and asset management companies for years and strives to keep the relationships and connections she makes within the industry.
“My team and I all have the same mindset in that we need to treat every property as if it’s a million dollar property, regardless of the price point,” Gebler said. “Everybody gets top quality service, we answer our phones, respond to messages and emails. I’ve gotten calls where the person on the other end of the line says, ‘I’ve called five different realtors, you’re the only one who picked up the phone, come list my house.”
That type of dedication and commitment to exceptional service, where even Gebler admits that sometimes the phone never stops ringing, is what allowed her to earn the 75th place ranking out of over 6,000 agents in the Portland/Metro area.
Gebler said she is looking forward to the upcoming issues of REAL Producers Portland to see where she ends up in the updated rankings.
