Newly licensed agents requirement
SALESPERSON APPLICATION FORM, RESIDENT AND NON-RESIDENT
➣ NH Broker to have notarized prior to new agent mailing out
➣ Agent to complete along with appropriate fee
➣ Upon issued Real Estate license, Agent to become a member of either
➣ GRANITE STATE SOUTH BOARD OF REALTORS or GREATER MANCHESTER NASHUA BOARD OF REALTORS®
➣ AJI NH Broker to send notice to GSSBR or GMNBR of agents new affiliation
➣ AJI NH Broker to send notice to NEREN (mls service) of agents new affiliation
Transfering Active Licensed Agents
➣ NH Broker to have notarized prior to new agent mailing out
➣ AJI NH Broker to supply agent with Notarized AMENDMENT FORM and Notarized AFFILIATION FORM
➣ AGENT TO mail into Real Estate Commission with fee as noted
➣ AJI NH Broker to send notice to GSSBR or GMNBR of agents new affiliation
➣ AJI NH Broker to send notice to NEREN (mls service) of agents new affiliation

Association Transfer Instructions
Once you have received confirmation of switching over with the state please click here to fill out your association transfer form
Once you have completed the form,Your broker will fill out her portion and send to the GSBR for you.
Your new Broker Sandi Fauvel will contact the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of REALTORS® to transfer you under our office.
Please send an email to your broker Sandi Fauvel and ask her to please send the seacoast board an email with your full name, license number and to state that you are currently active with Allison James Estates and Homes under his license number. Have hm send the email to denise@seacoastboard.com
