State Transfer Instructions
➣ Log in to the DRE eLicensing Portal
Click on Register if you have not used this site before
➣ Under "License Options" select "Change Employer" (if you are currently NBA, select "Add Employer")
When prompted "would you like to change your employing broker" click "YES"
➣ When asked to input your new employing broker's license number: 01885684 - our managing broker is, Ryan Rosas: NorCalBroker@ajicorporate.com
➣ You will be asked if broker is present, select "NO" and input Ryan's email address: NorCalBroker@ajicorporate.com
Association Transfer Instructions
Please click on your current Association of REALTORS® below to access the Office Transfer form via DocuSign. Once you have signed, this will route to your Broker Ryan Rosas for signature. Please submit to the Association directly when you have received the completed form from your Broker.
