State Transfer Instructions
➣ Log in to the DRE eLicensing Portal
Click on Register if you have not used this site before.
➣ Under "License Options" select "Change Employer" (if you are currently NBA, select "Add Employer")
When prompted "would you like to change your employing broker" click "YES".
➣ When asked to input your new employing broker's license number: 01885684 - Your managing broker is, Thomas Bullock: SanDiegoBroker@ajicorporate.com
➣ You will be asked if broker is present, select "NO" and input Thomas' email address: SanDiegoBroker@ajicorporate.com
Association Transfer Instructions
Please click on your current Association of REALTORS® below for information on the office transfer procedure for your Association.
You will receive the NSDCAR Office Transfer form for digital signature. Once completed, it will automatically route to the NSDCAR Membership Department
You will receive the SDAR Office Transfer form for digital signature. Once completed, it will automatically route to the SDAR Membership Department.
You will receive the PSAR Office Transfer form for digital signature. Once completed, it will automatically route to the PSAR Membership Department.
